  • Overview

    The Shuttle Driver will be responsible for transporting materials via Class A tractor to and from the Distribution Center hub locations.  



    $25.70/hour - overtime after 40 hours - 

    Schedule:  monday thru saturday - starting time 7:00 am to 9:00 am


    Reefer driving experience preferred


    • Safely operates a tractor trailer truck that transports frozen, cooler and dry cargo to and from various DC and hub locations.
    • Prepares, receives and provides appropriate documentation for the delivery of products.
    • Maintains logs of travel and cargo according to Federal and State DOT and Motor Carrier regulations.
    • Must be able to utilize and understand an on-board computer system (ie PeopleNet).
    • Maintains contact with the Operations department to effectively and professionally communicate any problems or delays.
    • Responsible for the cleanliness and presentation of the vehicle. Also responsible for the removal of trash at the store that was caused by the delivery (shrink wrap, cardboard, pallets)
    • Responsible for reporting any vehicle maintenance or malfunction issues


    • CDL Class A License Required
    • Must have a valid DOT Medical examination card
    • Must have a clean motor vehicle record (MVR) in accordance with DCP guidelines for hiring.
    • Must have 1 year of CDL A driving experience in the food industry or 2 years of driving with CDL A license
    • Must know how to drive a 10 speed transmission
    • High School Diploma or equivalent required.

    • On Board Computer System Experience (People Net preferred)
